{"id":16847,"date":"2021-07-09T11:46:41","date_gmt":"2021-07-09T11:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pqc.es\/reciente-informe-de-uptime-institute-sobre-caidas-de-data-center\/"},"modified":"2026-02-23T15:39:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T15:39:56","slug":"reciente-informe-de-uptime-institute-sobre-caidas-de-data-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pqc.es\/en\/reciente-informe-de-uptime-institute-sobre-caidas-de-data-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Reciente informe de Uptime Institute sobre ca\u00eddas de Data Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"news-content-block\">\n<p>Como ya hemos hecho en ocasiones precedentes, y a modo de <strong>peque&ntilde;as p&iacute;ldoras<\/strong>, iremos aludiendo a los distintos conceptos all&iacute; referidos, de forma que podamos <strong>disponer de una visi&oacute;n directa sobre algunas de las cifras que se manejan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, citaremos <strong>el error humano<\/strong> como principal causa de este tipo de problemas, para el que Uptime Institute estima, en base a los datos recogidos a&ntilde;o tras a&ntilde;o, que <strong>una media del 63% de las ca&iacute;das tienen a esa como causa ra&iacute;z<\/strong>. Es m&aacute;s, en la encuesta global del a&ntilde;o pasado se mencionaba que <strong>un 75 % reconoce que el resigo se hubiese eliminado con un mejor nivel de gesti&oacute;n y de procesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los an&aacute;lisis m&aacute;s recientes muestran c&oacute;mo un <strong>42% responde que han sufrido una ca&iacute;da motivada por errores humanos en los &uacute;ltimos tres a&ntilde;os<\/strong>. Ahora bien, la cuesti&oacute;n que hay que determinar es cu&aacute;l es el origen de estos errores.<\/p>\n<h3>La respuesta la incorpora UI en el gr&aacute;fico que acompa&ntilde;a el cap&iacute;tulo y que reproducimos a continuaci&oacute;n:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-image-block\">\n<figure class=\"media-holder\">\n            <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" style=\"opacity: 1;\"><br \/>\n        <\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"news-content-block\">\n<p><strong>La conclusi&oacute;n es clara <\/strong>y es que, teniendo en cuenta los enormes costes que suponen las ca&iacute;das, la inversi&oacute;n en staff, en formaci&oacute;n y en una buena dotaci&oacute;n de procesos y gesti&oacute;n, generar&aacute; sin duda un r&aacute;pido retorno,
